The rates shown on the website are only valid at the time of listing. The rates apply to the respective charge, only if you book the desired service, otherwise these charges may vary. A reservation is considered complete, if you have a confirmation number and the appropriate fee has been applied.
Cancun Airport Transfers suggests you to carefully read the clause relating to the cancellation policies. Any change of reservation is subject to availability and re-listing fee. For more information, should contact us, quoting your reservation number. All reservations confirmed in control provides a reservation number which you must have with you at all times. Sometimes confirmation coupon may take up to 24 hrs. to reach your email. Failure to receive it and after checking it is not in your "spam" folder, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org reporting the problem and preferably, attaching proof of payment.
You must print your voucher and present it at the time of your service request. If you wish to make any change or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your reservation number. We accede to make changes on dates, times and flights for arrival and/or departures at no cost; in order to add passengers to your transportation service, you must strictly contact us previous to service date making the corresponding request. Please take in consideration that adding people to your transfer may have an extra cost from the total amount paid.

In most of the cases, we accede to make changes on dates and times at no cost; however, you should contact us previous to your tour date requesting the changes, so we can give a resolution. In the case of tours with transportation included, we will confirm your pick up hour at least 12 hours prior to the tour date. It is very important to consider that some hotels are not included in pick up listing due to it's location; when this happens, we will indicate the closest meeting point to ease the pick up for clients as much as possible.
We are not liable for this situation, and we don't commit to cover extra expenses to reach the pick up place. In case that inclement weather does not allow the realization of tour, we will reprogram your tour for the closest date at no extra cost.
However, it is important to take in consideration that most of the tour providers don't cancel the tours unless extreme weather conditions such as hurricane or similar, so if you want to change your tour date due to bad weather, please make sure to contact us before so we can give a resolution to your request. People under the influence of alcohol or toxic substance won’t be allowed to participate. We ask you to respect the minimum age indicated on each tour; we don't take responsability for prohibitions in the realization of tours booked through us, when terms and conditions shown were not respected. Cancun Airport Transfers reserves the right of posting and sharing the review and photos sent by you, on your behalf.
Cancellations made two (2) days, or less, of the service date will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations made three (3) or more days before the service date will be penalized with a penalty of 15% of the total reservation. No Show will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservation. In the assumption case that service is cancelled by the supplier, we will offer full refund of the amount paid. Requests for refund will be valid only 3 days after service date, in order to go under approval. IMPORTANT: It is customer's responsability to verify that the information entered is correct. We are not liable for mistakes in dates on times that are different from the ones in the coupons. If when reviewing your information you notice it is incorrect, please contact our main office or reply to email sent as soon as possible.
